Work Order System

Quickstart

Welcome to the Work Order system on our Web App. Within the Work Order system you can efficiently process large quantities of files, as well as communicate special instructions to the Professional Services team. To get started on your first work order, follow the steps below. If you’ve already been working with the On Demand system, jump to step 2.

Sign Up


To sign-up, check the invitation sent to your email inbox or head to services.audionamix.com.

Click “Sign Up”, be sure to input the email address we sent your invitation to, then set your password.

Log In


Head to https://services.audionamix.com and log in with your credentials.

Click on the Work Order tab in the top right hand corner.

Create a Work Order


Next, click the “Create Work Order” button.

Upload files


  • To upload your file(s), click the “Upload Files” button.
  • To upload a folder of files click the “Upload Folders” button.
  • Name your project in the Project section.
  • (Optional) Enter the target date in the Target Date section.
  • Supported file formats:
    • WAV
    • AIF / AIFF
    • MP3
    • FLAC
    • OGG
    • CAF
    • M4A
    • AAC

Select Services to Use


This list contains both automatic algorithm processing options, as well as options for manual processing by our Professional Services team.

  • Automatic options will be processed immediately and results will be available for you to download after completion.
  • Manual options will send the file to our Services team for more refined processing. These should only be used if already in communication with the Services team regarding your project.
  • You may see different options depending on your individual Web App plan.
Automatic
2 Stems
(Bass / Bassless)
Separates bass from the mix.
2 Stems
(Drums / Drumless)
Separates drums from the mix.
2 Stems
(Other / Mix Minus)
Separates remaining instruments from the mix.
2 Stems
(Vocals / Backing)
Separates vocals from the mix.
4 Stems
(Vocals, Drums, Bass, Other)
Separates vocals, drums, bass, and remaining instruments from the mix.
4 Stems and Residual Separates vocals, drums, bass, and remaining instruments. Also includes a 5th file with residual audio information.
Automatic Dialogue
(Isolation / Removal)
V1/V2/V3
Separates dialogue from the mix using a special algorithm that targets speech. Version 3 is generally the best, though you may wish to try the others to see what works best for your particular file.
Manual
Dialogue Isolation Isolates dialogue, while removing music and effects.
Dialogue Removal Removes dialogue, and preserves music and effects.
Music Removal Removes music, while preserving dialogue and effects.
Vocal Isolation Isolates vocals, while removing instrumentation.
  • After your services are selected, click the “Add” button located on the right hand side. If you are adding large or multiple files, this may take some time.
  • The list will then populate with your uploaded files. If you need to delete a file, click the “delete” button.
  • To flag a file for the Professional Services team to do manual post-processing cleanup work on, check the “Post Processing” box. This is only necessary if you are already in contact with the Services team regarding your project.

Validate your Work Order


  • Once you have added your files and selected your services, click the “Validate” button.
  • Next you will see the work order Summary page, where you can do a final review before the separation process begins.

Submit your Work Order


  • Next, click the “Submit” button.
  • Once submitted, your Work Order status will change to processing. The page will continue to update the status until processing is completed. You may navigate away from the page and return when your Work Order has finished processing. Processing will continue even if you close the page.

Review the completed Work Order


Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification and your Work Order status will change to Under Review. To navigate to your Work Order, you may search the Work Order history page, or click the link in the email notification. The Work Order History displayed that shows all past work orders. You may search by date, project name, status, or user.

Download & Review Results


  • To download your results, you may download individual stems with the download button next to each stem, OR use the “Download All Results” Button in the upper left hand side to download a ZIP file of all the results. This button will only appear if your status is “Under Review”. You may also listen to your separations in the audio player by using the “Play” button.

Send Post Processing Request
OR Validate the Work Order


  • After you have reviewed the files, your last step is to either send a post processing request or validate your results.
  • If you have a post processing request choose the amount of hours desired for post processing from the drop-down menu in the post processing column.
  • If you do not need post processing, then click the “Validate” button.
